These Terms of Service govern your use of stretchtimesp.com and the services provided by Stretch Time LLC. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Stretch Time provides professional assisted stretching sessions delivered to your location in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. All sessions are performed by Roberto Olvera, a NASM-certified trainer and NCBTMB-certified practitioner.
Assisted stretching is a wellness service and is not a substitute for medical treatment or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, injury, or chronic pain, please consult your physician before booking.
All bookings are processed through PocketSuite. By completing a booking, you agree to PocketSuite's terms in addition to these terms. Payment is collected at the time of booking.
Packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after expiration are non-refundable.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session price. No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full and the session forfeited from any applicable package.

Physical activity including assisted stretching carries inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Stretch Time LLC and Roberto Olvera are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, provided reasonable professional care was exercised.
Single sessions are non-refundable once completed. Package refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us directly.
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Stretch Time LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stretch Time LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
